Stupidity ... This isn't a decision that should be made by a JP. Anti-miscegenation laws were done away with years ago in every state. If Louisiana's JPs are anything like Mississippi's, they're simply elected officials who may have graduated high school, but they certainly never attended law school and took Constitutional Law classes or Political Science classes at college.
