congratulations on your "big" baby. don't worry too much about it. my midwife's backup OB thought that Ella was over 9lbs. I thought that Ella was about 8lbs. She was actually 8lbs 1oz. published medical research shows that during the 3rd trimester mama's intuition is a more accurate judge of the baby's size than either ultrasound or OBs feeling the baby. so how big do you think your baby is?
